Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused incense or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center in Oxford, Ohio.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
